We have a Taylor CNC Stud Welding Machine for accuracy, repeatability and efficiency in inserting studs into parts without the head of the stud showing on the reverse side.

CNC Stud Welding is a fast and highly economic method of stud welding. With easy programming and quick change facilities it is deal for both long and short production runs.

Welding rates of up to 60 studs/minute maximum and manufactured to meet specific production line requirements.

Offering a level of accuracy better than +/- 0.15mm we can also welds different components simultaneously.

We also have manual hand stud welding guns for particular jobs that can't be carried out using CNC Stud Welding
