We’ve recently upgraded our capabilities with a refurbished CNC studwelder from Taylor Studwelding. Featuring a 2 x 1 metre bed – double the size of our previous machine – this investment means we can work on larger components, handle more parts per setup, and get your projects turned around faster than ever.

Every job is carried out by our skilled operators using precision equipment, ensuring consistent, high-quality results every time. Whether it’s mounting points, electrical earth connections, or assembly studs, we can integrate studwelding seamlessly into your manufacturing process.

We also have manual hand stud welding guns for particular jobs that can't be carried out using CNC Stud Welding. Offering a level of accuracy better than +/- 0.15mm we can also welds different components simultaneously.
