Here at Allbart, not only can we fabricate your product but we can also apply the finishing touches.
We boast an electro-static powder coating line with full on line de-greasing and phosphate chemical pre-treatment which ensures powder coating has the correct adhesion and paint coating equipment ensures the right finish for your sheet metal product.
Our powder coating line has a reverse osmosis water system installed which makes for a better quality finish for your product.
We offer a whole host of finishes such as gloss, semi-gloss, texture and leatherette. We stock a large range of colours but can source practically any RAL code of your desire.
We have the facility to hang and paint parts vertically up to 1.8m. Have parts larger than this? Our CAD team can work with you to add paint hanging holes to your part, to enable us to hang horizontally and powder coat parts up to 2.4m.
Our powder coating line is in-house, which means we are able to offer the most competitive prices and lead times.
During the powder coating process certain areas of sheet metal parts may need to be kept clear of paint. We apply high temperature making kits and strips to the required areas and remove afterwards for the ideal finish.
