COUNTERSINKING HOLES
FOR FLUSH HEADS
Countersunk holes can be added to your sheet metal parts so that the head of the fixing is flush with the metal when the finished product is complete. We keep a large stock of different sized countersink tools to form a variety of sizes and can work to a tolerance of of +/- 0.25mm for the diameter of the countersunk hole.

We will also use tapping drills to form threaded holes in our sheet metal parts to enable fasteners to be screwed in. Our design team will always be on hand to offer the best possible solution for your product to either enable a cost saving or an improvement to the part.
