Our hugely experienced design team will offer expert advice on every aspect from our fully equipped CAD design office.

CNC Laser Cutting

2x State of the art laser cutting machines. Having recently added a second Fiber Laser we offer excellent laser cutting capacity and quality.

CNC Punching

2x Trumpf CNC Punches give us excellent capacity and deliver the highest quality. Vast stock of tooling built up over many years.

CNC Folding & Forming

5x CNC Press Brakes. Folding up to 3m long and up to 130 ton offers excellent folding capacity and capabilities.

Seam Welding

MIG, TIG & Arc welding. Our very experienced team of welders are on hand to offer the highest quality in all aspects of welding.

Fastener Insertion

4x Haeger Press machines for efficient and fastener insertion of clinch studs and bushes.

Stud Welding

CNC Stud Welding for Repeatability, Accuracy & Efficiency.

Finishing & Powder Coating

In-House 3 Stage Powder Coating Line which includes De-Grease and Phosphate Pre-Treatment.

Silk Screen Printing

Two in-house silk screen printing stations and baking oven for applying your logo onto the finished part.

Spot Welding

4x Spot Welding Machines gives excellent capacity for the welding of two metal surfaces.

Pillar Drilling

3x Pillar drills for drilling of countersunk holes and tapped holes.

Assembly

Mechanical & Electronic Assembly

Laser Marking

Laser mark QR codes, logos, part & batch numbers or any text, on a variety of different metal materials in both a powder coated or a self-colour finish.

Anodising, Plating, Engraving

Other sheet metal finishes that we outsource to our trusted supply chain.
