seam welding

high quality mig welding, tig welding and arc welding

TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) seam welding, also known as Gas Tungsten Arc Welding, can weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel, using filler rods to weld small joints and corners to give the finest finish. In TIG Welding, the weld is produced via a tungsten electrode.

MIG (Metal Inert Gas) seam welding, also known as Gas Metal Arc Welding, is used for a high standard structurally solid finish. Jobs can then be cleaned and polished before powder coated, if required, to give a fine finish. In MIG Welding, the weld is produced via melting the two surfaces from an electric arc.

Arc seam welding offers a portable welding solution for more difficult or awkward jobs.

Spot welding machines for welding flat surfaces together without the need for seam welding. Spot welding is ideal for connecting together different and separate components of your job quickly, efficiently and with good quality.

Whatever the design of your sheet metal product, we have a range of welding techniques to ensure a high quality finish.
