SPOT WELDING

sPOT WELDING MACHINES FOR THE WELDING TOGETHER OF TWO SHEET METAL SURFACES

We have four spot welding machines at Allbart, giving us excellent capacity for larger batch sheet metal production.

A type of welding that uses electric resistance to weld various sheet metal products, spot welding is done through a process in two contacting flat metal surfaces are joined by the heat obtained from resistance to electric current.

Our four spot welders include 2x Meritus, 1 Sureweld and 1x British Federal. A variety of spot welding machinery gives us flexibility and variety in the different sheet metal parts that we can fabricate.

The different models enable us to spot weld different shaped and sized parts and also enable us to use a large variety of different spot welding tips.

We are able to spot weld mild steel, Zintec steel and stainless steel.

In addition to spot welding, our other in-house welding capabilities include MIG, TIG and Arc welding, and also CNC stud welding.
