With less than 2 months to go now until we receive delivery of our brand new LVD Puma 3015 12kw laser cutting machine, preparation has well and truly begun at Allbart!
You may well remember that in late 2022 we had the roof of our 25,000 sq. ft. premises replaced, in order to provide a safer, brighter and more sustainable working environment. The final third of the roof, which over looks our laser cutting and punching machines, was completed in readiness for works to begin inside of the factory.
Next, a small storge area that encroached into the metal cutting room was removed to allow for more space. Just look at the light that let in!
Our two Trumpf CNC punching machines have been relocated in our punch/laser room; this new layout in our metal cutting room will allow more space for our new incoming laser. Along with both machines being moved, all of our tooling, storage and work benches also found new homes to support a safe and efficient working space for our team.
Next up is the removal of a very large internal wall, which will really made a difference to the space!
