About Us

Allbart Ltd was established in 1974 and has grown year on year in size, experience and capability. Our present manufacturing base in Kent covers 22,000 square feet.
We are experts at making sheet metal enclosures, panels and chassis for a diverse and extensive range of clients in such industries as: security; fire prevention; construction; fibre optics; food; leisure; communications; controls; education; electrical and electronic; automotive; vending; air conditioning and furniture.

We are constantly striving to improve the flexible and high quality service we provide to such a diverse client base. A policy of prudent continuous investment in plant and equipment has enabled us to achieve this.

Computer-aided-design and manufacturing equipment and other plant such as powder coating and electronic assembly mean that we can offer a complete solution from design through manufacturing and finishing to packaging and delivery.

22,000 sq ft (2,500 sq ft office accommodation). Self-contained brick and portal frame construction. Full off-load and parking.

DESIGN
Radan CAD system with 3D and DXF facility.

PUNCHING Radan CAD System
2 off Trumpf TC200. Full rotational tooling with tapping and forming capacity. DNC linked to CAD. Maximum sheet size 2 m x 1.25m.

Pierce-all. Single station machine 25-ton capacity.

All above supported with full range tooling.

Mild steel up to 20 mm
Stainless Steel up to 12 mm

FORMING/FOLDING

Safan down stroking Press Brake 2.5 m x 110 ton. CNC control.
3 x Safan down stroking Press Brake 2.5 m x 50 ton. CNC control. Stud Welding in action
Motorised Rollers, capacity 1220 mm x 15 mm thick

FINISHING
Our FInishing paint Line
Electro-static powder line with full on line degreasing and phosphate which ensures powder coating has the correct adhesion and paint coating equipment ensures the right finish for your product. Screen printing facilities allow us to apply your logo, panel details and operating instructions making the complete enclosure, ready to accept your components..


Silk Screen Printing:
Manual screen/work location machine with drying oven.

TRANSPORT
35 cwt. Luton Body transit van.

15 cwt. Escort van.
